What is TUPAD?

The Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Program is a community-based emergency employment initiative of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) that provides short-term work opportunities to displaced, underemployed, and vulnerable workers.

How TUPAD Works
