This bill establishes a Commission on Filipino Values to draft a program on National
Values, Etiquette, and Moral Uprightness and roadmap; and establish an Inter-Faith
Council composed of leaders from various religious organizations to advise and
assist the President on matters pertaining to religion, faith, morals, values formation,
and education.
